THE VAN HOOSER LEADERSHIP EXECUTIVE MASTERMIND is a community of leaders with common, shared expertise who gather for immersive, stimulating education, inspiration, and networking.

Facilitated by leadership experts Phillip and Alyson Van Hooser, each cohort is made up of 10-15 C-suite level leaders eager to offer, and receive, feedback, encouragement, and accountability from peers within their specific industry.

A seasoned leadership expert, keynote speaker, and author, Phillip Van Hooser is passionate about developing intentional leaders who can effectively engage and empower their employees to deliver powerful results.

LOCATION: Virtual for check-ins. In-Person for group retreats.
LENGTH: 90 min check-ins. 1.5-day group retreats twice a year.
