This 6-week Truth Telling Online Course is designed to help people do their inner work. The most important work we can do. To learn to honor ourselves and our truth.
We all have a truth to tell, some of them more serious or private than others but when we block ourselves from owning our truth, shame and secrets have the potential to insidiously erode away our sense of self worth and self esteem.
In this 6-week, online video course, you will hear from our in-house life therapist and psychotherapist. And most importantly, you’ll be guided every step of the way by activities you’ll do at home to deepen and personalize your experience.
You will feel freer and lighter than you have in years, and your way of thinking and feeling about yourself will be transformed.
