Each month in SWA, I give you the tools you need to coach yourself to conquer the fears, habits and distractions that threaten to get in the way of your biggest dreams, sabotage your joy and keep you from being the best version of yourself.
It is personal growth that will empower you to go to the next level in your work, relationships, health, finances and spiritual life. You need a personal growth plan to support your biggest goals and aspiration.
That is the mission of the Successful Women’s Academy.

Valorie Burton, life strategist and international speaker, is CEO of the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute. Her life-changing message has an intriguing, research-based emphasis in the pioneering field of applied positive psychology – the study of what happens when things go right with us.

You’ll receive the monthly content on the first Monday of the month (or sooner).
Valorie’s faith is central in her life and she’s open about that. Her work is also rooted in coaching and positive psychology research. All of these elements are reflected in the content, with coaching being the primary focus.
We expect most people to spend 5-10 hours per month on their personal growth plan. The monthly content will be less than 1 hour, and live group training with Valorie will be 30-60 minutes.
