Some people get up every day and make excuses to justify the reasons why they “can’t” get what they want so here are my The 3 Keys to Peak Performance.  They allow their EXCUSES to take a VIP seat in their life. “I can’t” apply for a promotion because I don’t have the skills necessary for the position. “I can’t” take the vacation I dreamed of because it’s too expensive. There is always an excuse for the lack of results in their life.

I have been fortunate to work with clients that will go the extra mile to replace “I can’t” with “I can” and produce amazing success in their lives.  One of those people is Ana, an entrepreneur and single mother who needed business coaching.

Ana was having a difficult time increasing her monthly sales revenues.  When we started working together, I realized her problem was not related to her business, since she is receiving many leads a month for her business, it was fear that was stopping her from taking on too many clients.

First Keys to Peak Performance

Get RID of EXCUSES

Ana told me, “I can’t” take on more clients because I don’t have the staff nor the space necessary to manage the influx of business.   Ana was using fear, lack of space, and lack of staff as an EXCUSE to stop her from generating the income she wanted to make a month.

I told Ana that going from $8k to $15k a month (her initial goal) required her to DECIDE to let go of all those excuses and find a practical solution to manage the increase in business volume The minute she decided to let go of her excuses, Ana’s sales revenue skyrocketed from “8k to $30k in under a month!

Ana realized that she didn’t need additional staff or a new office space (she moved into one within 3 months of increasing her sales). She just needed to get rid of fear and that she was making excuses not to go to the next level with her business because she didn’t want to fail.

What most of us fail to realize is that there is no such thing as failure! Failure is only feedback letting you know to change what you are doing because it is not working.
