Drink more water!

About 60-70% of the body is made of water, so drinking enough of it helps maintain the body’s fluid balance. This assists in transporting the relevant nutrients throughout the body, helps to regulate body temperature, and is a vital ingredient in good digestion. Besides flushing out toxins and maintaining regular bowel habits, drinking more water may increase your energy levels and make you feel more alert.

Drink more water!

So what, now what?

Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up
Drink a glass of water before any of your meals
Drink a glass 20-30 minutes before you go to bed

Keep a water bottle handy and drink through the day – you need to drink one 250ml glass for every 10kg you weigh.
***Add a squirt of some lemon or lime, a few sprigs of mint, cucumber or even add an orange slice or some berries for different flavours on different days.
