Interview Questions

Success means doing what I would do for free but getting paid for it

Fear.

The former have jobs. The latter have missions.

I say yes to every opportunity that comes way, without hesitation, whether I am qualified to do the work or not. It is only after I say yes that I figure out how to do it.

Confidence. I often say that if you walk into a room like you own the place people will assume you do and treat you accordingly.

The most important lesson is that you alone are responsible for your success. That you cannot  rely on anyone else’s efforts.

Loving another fully and without doubt.

My wife Jessica Jackley founder of Kiva is my role model and she inspires me in every way.

Two proud, confident, loving, and compassionate sons.
