Edward Mogano

About

Edward Mogano is a vibrant and talented young South African, that we’ve recently discovered, who seems to have his head firmly entrenched in helping prepare the youth of today for the solutions of tomorrow, as he blogs about creating awareness around the current paradigm-shift trends taking place throughout the world right now.

About my Life Mission | I am a determined lifelong student and steward of wealth. A scientist first and an investor second. A scientist in the sense of the word that I observe nature to come up with ideas, instead of thinking of my own ideas. Nature is the best teacher. My mission in life is to create what people want, (people want what they do not have) which is wealth and then be able to scale it to different parts of the world.

What does success mean to you? Has your definition of it changed over the years and if so, why? | Success to me means doing what I said will do. My definition of success has changed over the years due to my experiences and growth as an individual.

What drives you? | Doing excellent work.

What is your LIFE-MISSION in one sentence? |
Creating wealth and scaling it to different parts of the world.

What do you think is often the difference between people who are good at what they do and people who are great at what they do? | People who are great at what they do are determined and persistent in what they put their focus on.

What are the most important lessons you have learnt so far, in your career or life journey? | The most important lesson I have learnt so far in life has to be having integrity as a person.

How do you ensure you are always feeling energised and performing at your peak? | By doing work that I love.

What is the best advice you have ever received? | The regret minimization by Jeff Bezos, which is imagining yourself at the age of 80 and looking back on your life and minimizing the number of regrets you would make.

What’s one deeply honest thing that most people don’t know about you? | I am humble even when there’s no need for me to be humble.
