The Institute is a Transformative Educational Experience for Nurse Practitioners. With today’s increased need for mental health and psychiatric services, nurse practitioners (NPs) are rapidly entering the field and are eager for education to enable them to provide the best possible care for their patients. As NPs are increasingly responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders, the NP Institute provides comprehensive, in-depth education to help NPs develop effective care plans for every patient.

Seeking a dynamic and uplifting morning kick-off speaker. before breakfast. This individual (or individuals) will be responsible for delivering brief yet powerful 30-minute presentations over the course of three days (March 21-23, 2024) in San Diego, CA. Looking for a speaker who can bring a sense of fun and energy each morning of the event. The goal is to create a vibrant and motivational atmosphere that will uplift the spirits of attendees, foster team building and networking, and leave a lasting impact that will make them want to return year after year (their content throughout the day after this is very heavy). They’d like to avoid physical activities (ADA accessibility requirements). 

The conference itself is expected to have up to 1,000 attendees, however, the morning kick-off room can accommodate 300 individuals (banquet tables of 10). It is crucial that the speaker has the ability to engage and create a powerful and memorable experience, regardless of whether 30 or 300 individuals show up and regardless of whether the same or new individuals attend each morning.

The projected agenda will include 30 minutes kick-offs from either 7-7:30 AM PT or 7:10-7:40 AM PT (exact times TBD) each morning of the following three dates:
